We’ve confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 09/26, 21:05 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 09/26, 20:10 UTC and that during the 55 mins that it took to resolve the issue customers in Central US experienced issues with missed or delayed Log search alerts.

  • Root Cause: The failure was due to backend service being unhealthy.
